Dashboard shows active property and deleted property database segment wise; Residential Rent, Residential Sell, Commercial Rent and Commercial Sell. You can check our day to day work activity status in today’s and yesterday’s property list as well as individual area wise property counting in graphical method.
If you mark any property as an IMP property, that property will show in the IMP property database.
Our admin staffs add new properties on a daily basis. So, this function will show fresh property in today’s property. And in yesterday’s property that will show you the previous day added property data. Also, you can check our day to day work activity through this function.
You can search property according to your requirement. In advance search we provide the following features for property filters like BHK wise, Area wise, Availability wise, Condition wise, Sqft Wise, Budget wise.
This will show your verified details which are registered with a techno property solution. Your plan details, as well as showing your payment history, how much amount you have paid to the techno property solution.
In this function you can see deleted data. You can use residential rent and commercial rent as a future database.
Our admin staff manages property data in a specific time period. If any property will rent out or sell out in-between that time period, then just click on the checkbox of rent out or sell out. Admin will reconfirm on that property than delete that property from active data.
Every property has a unique property code. If there will be any kind of mistake in property, then just provide this property code to our customer care number they will rectify the mistake.
This column is for personal notes, if you want to write something important regarding properties for your own use you can write in this special note. We don’t have any rights to see consultants special notes. So, this is a safe and useful function for consultants.
